Richard and the Gardner Leader team on a difficult share sale and exit from a business I co-founded many years ago. They were highly professional and supportive throughout. I would be pleased to recommend them to other business executives, friends and family members. I greatly appreciate their assistance in this matter.

I used Atkins Dellow for conveyancing. Tricia Chapman managed my case. Tricia was professional and thorough throughout. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process and was always timely in responding to emails. It was a complex purchase but in competent hands and Tricia and her team would chase searches and the bank to enable us to complete in a timely manner. Really cannot recommend them enough and would use again.

The service I received from Craig Tanner and the staff of Elite Law Solicitors was nothing short of outstanding. It was a very difficult process with the various problems that were encountered along the way. It was all handled extremely efficiently by Craig. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in engaging Craig to handle the conveyancing of any future property transactions.

I can not recommend Meadows Ryan highly enough. They are professional, efficient and problem solvers, always keeping their client's needs at the centre of everything they do. Easily contactable and willing to go the extra mile, Piers and his team offer a first class service.

Very happy with the service provided by Amphlett Lissimore and in particular Nigel Matthews for the conveyancing of our property purchase. Great communication and knowledge, in quite a complicated case

Elizabeth Alderson did our conveyancing and she was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and her and her team worked hard to push the transaction forward. Would recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Saira Ahmed as my conveyancing solicitor, and I cannot praise her enough for the exceptional service she provided. Saira's swift response and proactive approach throughout the entire process allowed me to make informed decisions promptly, ensuring that I could act in a timely manner. Her dedication and efficiency brought a great deal of assurance and comfort during what could have been a stressful journey, especially given any possible delays from officials and missteps by the seller's solicitor. Without Saira's perseverance and attention to detail, the deal would not have been completed properly. I also want to thank Kiri for taking my case at the very time of my need and Ferris for the swift acknowledgment of the client's financial statement, which, in addition, provided a comprehensive and valuable experience throughout the conveyancing journey.

Myself and my partner used this firm last year to buy our first property, our conveyancing Solicitor was Louise Hyland, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. This was our first property purchase and she was so patient and helpful talking us through all of the steps and answering all of our questions. She kept us regularly updated and made us aware of any delays and/or changes as they arose. There were delays caused by the sellers solicitors which she dealt with quickly to ensure we were able to move before Christmas. Louise and her team were excellent and the service was excellent from start to finish, I will certainly use Judge and Priestley again.
