I came to FJG in a mad panic as circumstances had developed in such a way that I was not even going to be in a position to present my side, let alone come to some kind of resolution. Ellie Maynard jumped on this immediately and managed to pull everything together in a very short period of time. It included a very late finish. This alleviated my concerns massively and in turn enabled Joel Vila-Tyson to be in a position to present it to court. Joel himself had no real time to prepare, but despite that managed to present such a good position statement that it practically persuaded the judge on what directions to give. Ultimately, both Ellie and Joel went above and beyond expectations and it resulted in the best possible outcome in the circumstances.

It's not often you hear positive stories about solicitors/conveyancers! My previous experiences had included slow progress and constant mistakes but it was wonderful to find this didn't happen with Casey! From the start she was amazingly efficient, 'on top of it all' and friendly at the same time. She always answers any e-mails immediately and seems to work all hours of the day! (Give yourself a break, Casey!) I was so pleased with her service when I sold my house last year that I didn't hesitate to ask her to act for me again when I bought the new one this year. I very rarely recommend anyone for fear that my experience wouldn't be repeated but I have already recommended Paul Robinson, and especially Casey, on several occasions and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
