      My sister and I have been acting on behalf of our parents with regard to the sale of their river mooring. Frances has been exceptional in the service that has been provided, ensuring that we have been kept informed as things have developed, and has consistently pushed proceedings forward to ensure our required timeframe was met.       This review is posted by me on behalf of my daughter Jenny whom Michael assisted. I cannot recommend Feakes & Co solicitors enough! I first contacted Michael with a query to see if he could help me out on writing up a contract/agreement and I had an immediate response and a telephone appointment within days. He spent almost an hour chatting to me on the phone before I had even committed to using him as my solicitor. He was so friendly, patient and very professional throughout this conversation and at no point did I feel like I was wasting his time. Once we agreed on what the next step was, he had written up a very detailed and in depth contract within a matter of days. I have and will continue to recommend Feakes & Co and will certainly continue to use his company for any future legal requirements.
