Jasmine on our initial meeting was helpful and knowledgeable about writing Wills and LPA s . She was able to talk us through all our options and what to expect at each stage. We returned after receiving a copy draft to read through. Jasmine then talked us through the signing and witness stage. Those were then sent to be registered with the Office Of The Public Guardian. On completion we received fully certified copies.

You were thorough, fair and transparent in the pros and cons of fighting my case, saving my reputation and establishing justice for which I will always be grateful.
Sometimes the psychological cost of winning must be compared with the financial and time cost to achieve the desired outcome.In my case they proved incompatible.
Thank you for saving me thousands of pounds and learning to embrace the fact that winning at any cost is not cost effective.

We used this firm for the purchase of our new home and were left very disappointed by the overall service. Communication was inconsistent and slow, with repeated chasing needed for basic updates. Important facts had to be clarified more than once, and the process felt disorganised throughout.
There were also serious errors — including a miscalculated Land Transaction Tax figure, which we caught and corrected ourselves just before completion. The handling of our mortgage porting and bridging finance was confused and caused significant delays.
Although communication improved towards the very end, it came too late to restore our confidence. We have since decided to use a different solicitor for the sale of our previous property. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this firm.
