Acting on behalf our a mutual client I worked with Karen and her team on a disposal of a commercial property. It was a subject to planning deal that involved not only my client selling and a purchaser, but also a third party investor. This added to the complications and delays in planning meant the timescales were slower than expected. Throughout we were kept updated on the process.
