We wanted to use a local Shrewsbury based Solicitor to manage our conveyancing for our residential house sale and purchase of our next home. PCB Solicitors Shrewsbury were recommended to us. We first made contact with PCB Solicitors in January 2024, we explained to them a summary of what conveyancing service we wanted in terms of completion deadlines (April 17th 2024), and we were given a quotation of estimated costs (legal fees, search fees, Stamp Duty, Disbursements et). Throughout the following 3 months, we were kept up to date with a regular progress status, and all done in plain easy to understand instructions. Jayne Taylor was managing our conveyancing and she did so with a totally professional and friendly approach to us. How to measure our overall experience with PCB Solicitors? The result was a First class service throughout with the evidence that we sold our property, purchased our next home on exactly the date we requested, April 17th 2024, with the total costs matching the initial quotation. In our 42 years of moving house many times, this was by far the very best conveyancing service we have ever experienced, so thank you to Jayne Taylor and to PCB Solicitors.
