      Friendly and efficient!

      I contacted PCB for assistance with a settlement agreement at the start of the week, and within only a few days the whole process was complete and wrapped up.       Very calming and easy to speak to

      I have never had to deal with a solicitor before and I am not the best with legal terminology but Violetta was able to explain the process, help review the settlement agreement and helped my understanding my rights.
