I honestly can't praise Farleys highly enough for the service we have received which has been exceptional throughout. I turned to them for advice during an already very long and difficult house sale for elderly parents involving power of attorney and probate, having received a poor, unresponsive service and incorrect advice from the solicitors we were with initially. The decision to switch to Farleys was a very easy one to make as Gavin Hall was approachable, knowledgeable and understanding from the first contact. It has always been easy to get through and all agreed actions carried out straight away. At a difficult and stressful time for our family Gavin's support in resolving the house sale so quickly, efficiently and sensitively has been a huge help and we are genuinely grateful.

It’s extremely worrying to find criminal lawyers who have depth understanding of vulnerable adults with mental health issues. In our case autsim and mixed personality disorder. When they lack capacity even more so. The law is mind boggling, but we were so lucky to be represented by Leanne who had great knowledge and really saved us. Vulnerable people often fall through the cracks everywhere. I can first hand say that Leanne was compassionate and really worked closely with the family to make sure our brother was not wrongfully convicted. We are forever grateful. Leanne adapts to and with the persons needs and with all disabilities this is essential. Leanne's choice of barrister was also carefully thought out. Once again we were very fortunate with Richard Padley that was so calm and compassionate with our family.
