Honestly i really feel unsupported I want to appeal a SGO, I made considerable amount of change in new circumstances for almost 1 year and 8 months did everything I was told, ran out of time due to waiting months & months for legal aid & it went to submissions and I was told to wait right to the end for showing all my evidences but how when I'm told I'm out of time! It was a high cost case & even still not sure what is shared in submissions based since August 2025 what about the year 2026 when I complied with everything! Still have lots of evidence to prove false accusations & no one I feel is helping to have my children who want to remove home since March 2026. 😭💔 Rachael Shay is lovely but nothing about this makes any sense 😩 I thought this firm battles very much to have children returning home & challenge inconsistencies but my case doesn't when I have lots of proof sat here in my phone in emails & letters, why does it take too long for help here 😢
