Any one who needs help with any difficult and mostly traumatic family problems, this should be your one stop shop. I was extremely lucky to be introduced to not one but two outstanding and proficient solicitors on my long and difficult journey to have contact with my son. Yvette Wadeley introduced herself and explained my position in terms that were simple and concise which eased a lot of mental stress I was under. Me and my partner got in to contact with Nisha wanting help with a non-married partner Visa as all on our own, it seemed like a confusing process and was worried about our acceptable as we are not/have not lived together. Nisha was a great immigration lawyer who took us on confident on our case and made us feel confident too. She provided us with all the relevant information we needed and was happy to answer any answers either of us had. She provided us with a list on what we needed and she did our visa application in a time-efficient way. She was great and was very reliable and would highly recommend for those looking for advice on partner visas. We fortunately got my partner’s visa accepted and we are so excited for our lives to begin together all thanks to the help from Nisha!

We used Cartwright King to handle the immigration process required to allow my partner, now wife, to settle with me upon my return to live in the UK, after living/working in the Middle East for many years.
Sherena was most professional, holding remote video sessions whilst we were still living abroad and keeping us informed of the visa submission process/application status. Both visa applications were successfully completed at the first attempt. The visa process can be daunting and the supporting documentation extensive, which risks the application being rejected should the submission fail to satisfy immigration requirements. I recommend using an experienced immigration solicitor, such as Cartwright King, rather than attempt to navigate the process oneself, to avoid potential omissions or insufficient evidence, which may lead to a rejected visa application.
