Amar is always friendly, polite and although totally professional he speaks to me as equal and not just MHT patient. Amar is always thorough and informs me most satisfactory. Always does his best
Amars manner and polite considerations are so as I don't feel worthlessly dense - he talked and behaved as I am equal although he's obviously extremely learned. I am always kept up to date and Amar will always invite any questions and always does his best and explains clearly. Amar is extremely efficient and as stressful as such things are eg tribunal Amars calm but assuring manner gives me strength.
