** Citizenship Application **

Hello,

I am delighted to share my experience working with Sadia Noori and Sherena Lawrence on my UK naturalisation application. They offered a fair fixed-price package for both my son and me, which was very reassuring.

As I have always been in control of my actions, the thought of handing over my application to someone else was daunting. I had lingering fears about the Home Office's reputation for being difficult and sometimes even cruel, which created a sense of unrest in the back of my mind. However, Sadia and Sherena were exceptional in their approach. They communicated clearly and consistently, providing valuable insights that helped ease my anxiety.

Their focus on the facts and thorough understanding of the process calmed my nerves significantly. They guided me through each step, ensuring I felt informed and supported. We submitted our applications in mid-July, and I was thrilled to receive my son's naturalisation approval in early August, followed by my own in early September.

I am incredibly grateful for their time and effort, which truly reflected a five-star, white-glove service from start to finish. Thank you, Sadia and Sherena, for making this process smooth and successful.

Br,
Julian.

Excellent!

Sherena handled my immigration case when nobody else would touch it at a very stressful period in my life. She is professional, competent and the best lawyer I could have hoped for to handle my case. My case had a positive outcome and I am glad Sherena handled it. Her responses to my inquiries were filled with the best information possible and I would engage her services again if I had to.

Family law

I am extremely grateful for the support and guidance provided by shakeela during my family case. From the very beginning, she was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly understanding of the emotional complexities involved in such cases. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made.

Her dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my case was handled with care and compassion. I truly felt supported every step of the way, and her expertise made a stressful situation much more manageable.

If you're looking for a solicitor who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about their clients, I wholeheartedly recommend shakeela, I couldn't have asked for better representation.

Thank you Shakeela

James Bainbridge - Excellent Lawyer 100% Expert in his field!

I would like Thank James Bainbridge - Lawyer Head Of Crown so much from the bottom of our heart for all he did for me & my family. It hasn’t quite sunk in yet and probably will be some time before it does.
These last ten weeks have been very difficult for me but your support, professionalism, expertise and the care you have showed us will remain with us for quite sone time to come.
You were so patient, you listened, never rushed us & you did not judge.

You opened all communications so we could speak with you. & you put us at total ease from the very beginning & your kindness we will never ever forget.

I can see how your profile matches your personality Senior Associate, Head of Crown & described as an ‘Affable’ Lawyer ‘A Rising Star’ No surprise! Your reputation proceeds you. That profile sums you up perfectly.
I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable you were & how you supported & advised me on this and how you would best support me.

So Thank you so much again James Bainbridge - Cartwright King for everything who are very blessed to have your expertise & your family are very blessed also.

I could NOT have had the outcome I had if it wasn’t for you & that I am confident of & you made us feel comfortable & confident in you from the first call we had with you and subsequent meetings there after.
I was

Thank you!🙏

Brilliant service!

I cannot recommend Sherena highly enough. Her expertise was instrumental in securing my wife's spouse visa. From the outset, she was exceptionally clear and informative, meticulously explaining each step of the process. Her efficiency and attention to detail were remarkable, and she kept us well-informed throughout the application journey. The transparency and communication were exemplary, which gave us great confidence in her abilities.

The service we received was outstanding, especially given the very reasonable cost. We were thrilled with the successful outcome, and it was clear that Sherena's professionalism played a significant role in that success. If you're seeking a reliable and highly skilled solicitor to manage your spouse visa application, I wholeheartedly recommend Sherena from Cartwright King.

WARNING! AVOID JAMES BAINBRIDGE & CARTWRIGHT KING!

James Bainbridge is a solicitor who should be avoided at all costs, especially if you are accessing legal aid. His conduct is highly questionable, he has no interest in preparing or managing cases effectively. James Bainbridge appears to align himself with the prosecution rather than defending his clients, making him untrustworthy and fraudulent. What I experienced suggests he is more concerned with undermining his clients than representing their interests. Avoid James Bainbridge and Cartwright King for that matter.

Additional Leave to Remain visa

This is the second successful visa application we’ve made using Sherena at Cartwright King Solicitors. What can be a daunting process, is much simplified through the use of online meetings, collation/checking of supporting documents and required timescale reminders/document submissions. I value the piece of mind obtained through use of a competent immigration lawyer, removing the risk of omitting required documentary evidence or failing to adhere with the required submission timescales. Sherena is experienced, thorough, organised and reliable, so have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We used Cartwright King to handle the immigration process required to allow my partner, now wife, to settle with me upon my return to live in the UK, after living/working in the Middle East for many years.
Sherena was most professional, holding remote video sessions whilst we were still living abroad and keeping us informed of the visa submission process/application status. Both visa applications were successfully completed at the first attempt. The visa process can be daunting and the supporting documentation extensive, which risks the application being rejected should the submission fail to satisfy immigration requirements. I recommend using an experienced immigration solicitor, such as Cartwright King, rather than attempt to navigate the process oneself, to avoid potential omissions or insufficient evidence, which may lead to a rejected visa application.
