From the moment of first contact, the service provided was sympathetic and efficient. Communications were always clear, and I was never left wondering as to what was going on. Most importantly, I felt listened to and never pressured into any decisions. The potential outcomes of all decisions and options were always clearly explained and it felt like we were in control of the situation the whole time.
