Thanks so much to Bradley!!who was so supportive, helpful, kind and compassionate towards me as a 40 year old lady, I have never been in trouble in my life I was scared worried and innocent but didn’t know what was to come very worrying time. Bradley listened and helped with any questions I had in preparing statement for my police interview, I was released shortly afterwards, Bradley was very compassionate and understanding and very professional, I hopefully will never need to use again, for something like this, but if anything did ever happen I would highly recommend and use Forbes solicitors again, thanks Bradley case now closed and no further action. From the moment I spoke to Lily about my arrest, she listened intently and allowed me to discuss the situation out in full before she made some suggestions, before we talked about fees. I wanted someone who knew the law inside out and she immediately recommended Jacqui. Looking at her bio and her experience, I knew I was in safe hands. From our first formal meeting, through to the 2nd interview stage she was there supporting me and guiding me through my case. Her assistant (Lily) was equally supportive and responsive to emails and calls. Before the 2nd interview with the police, Jacqui explained what was going to happen and what questions might arise from the information provided by the police. Her guidance and expert view put my mind at ease, and her friendly personality when I met her at the police station helped ease my tension. By the end of the police interview, she assured me that it would be highly unlikely that something would come of this. Few months on, she was spot on and I cannot thank Jacqui and Lily enough for supporting me through the hardest time of my life. Thank you both.

I was asked to attend police interview under caution. This was extremely unsettling and deeply worrying, a psychologically horrible experience. Leanne Brown met me at the police station and prior to interview took me through the procedure I faced, giving me full time required to state facts as client, and to our timetable without being put under external pressure before we were ready to start. During interview Leanne was supportively robust, intervening with the police officers to challenge them when they stretched their remit. I would not have wanted to be in interview without legal representation, and I feel fortunate and grateful to have had Leanne Brown as my solicitor. The police did not proceed further with their investigation.

I can not say enough about the quality and service offered, from my first point of contact with Kellie, to speaking to Jamie the Solicitor, I was treated politely and professionally, I was kept up to date at all points of change, advised realistically and without the usual legalese you get from some solicitors. My case was dealt with swiftly, taking account of my available budget, but this didn’t affect the service I received, all round 100% great service, can’t recommend enough. Great company and service from all concerned.

Nicola made me and my child under 16 feel so relaxed and comfortable. The police were pursuing a section 39 common assualt charge against my child for an incident in school. Nicola made sure that no charges were made against my daughter and talked us through the whole process before the police interview. She is absolutely amazing in her job and is 100% dedicated to supporting her client. Cant thank her enough and absolutely recommend her.
