“I had been accused of a serious offence , in which if I had been found guilty would have potentially ruined my life. Before finding IBB Law online I had trouble finding a firm that would take my case on due to having to change my plea to not guilty as the previous solicitor did not give me correct advice and failed to provide me with evidence/documentation. Ibb law immediately took on my case and assigned Natalie to it. Natalie has been outstanding throughout, every step of the way she has informed me of what’s happening behind the scenes and put my mind at ease. Natalie worked with the barrister before my trial and informed me of what would happen on the day, again putting my mind at ease. On the day of the trial the offence was dropped to a lower one which meant that I would not have certain things on my record and I was happy with the outcome of a fine and conditional discharge.
