Case GJP/GJP/151025/500 Gareth was smart, professional and friendly. He was only contasted 2 days before my 1st appearance, but met me at court, reviewed my case, gave me advice and organsed legal aid. After discussions we agreed to plead not guilty due to lack of evidence and got the case sent back for review. Today at my 2nd appearance in court, the case was dropped. I am over the moon with the service. I believed I had no choice but to represent myself and with no experience of the legal system believed I would just have to plead guilty, even though I didnt believe I was, because I didnt want to end up with a steeper punishment if I lost. However, I am so glad my dad arranged for Gareths help last minite and saved me from a criminal record I didnt deserve! Fantastic work! Thank you so so much for all the help!

We are utterly thrilled with the outcome of this case and want to thank you all on helping to successfully bring this case to a close. Andrew was absolutely brilliant - our heartiest thanks for his invaluable integrity, commitment, support and hard work. When K walked out, after a huge hug from me, two members of the jury came up to him, congratulated him, wished him well for the future and made a point of saying that they were all immediately and unanimously in agreement on the Not Guilty verdict. I asked if they were mothers and both were mothers of five! Nevertheless, we feel that there should be a further case against the police for the maltreatment, unnecessary harassment and humiliation, assault, loss of earnings and opportunities caused by this case.
