Redundancy severance agreement case
The solicitors did what was necessary to get the severance agreement settled in a timely fashion, but I feel that they were protecting my employer rather that me. I understand that this is because the solicitors were billing my employer (whom was obviously only willing to pay the bare minimum). However, I had hoped that my solicitors would have offered to apply more pressure to my employer for an added fee.

After spending 45 minutes on the phone to a secretary being asked to go in to great detail about my case and give all of my personal details, 3 weeks later and still had no call back from a solicitor.

Absolute nonsense
Absolute nonsense firm. Called them to make a new claim for criminal injury spoke to Jordon (female) from personal injury for an hour was asked to call back after receiving doctors letter been calling back for few days the switch board can’t find my Information they kept transferring me to different solicitors and after providing the same details again and again I finally came across jordon or Gordon (female) whos not even bothered to give me a direct number, email or even a full name as they are not allowed what kind of solicitors don’t give out their full name. Stay away from this firm they have wasted my week.

I cannot speak more highly of Mealla
Irwin Mitchell handled my personal injury claim following clinical negligence which caused me to suffer a spinal cord injury that has left me with permanent impairment and disability. Mealla Logue was my solicitor and handled my case from inception until its conclusion by settlement negotiated before trial. I cannot speak more highly of Mealla who not only achieved a fantastic result for me in terms of the compensation that I received but handled my case with sensitivity and empathy and was always aware of the strain that the litigation had on me and took the time and care to reassure and support me as much as possible throughout the process.,5,Liesel
