Miss Dobson and Me MacKenzie have been superb in organising a defence case on my behalf. They have kept me informed throughout and have been at the end of the phone when I had queries. Due to Covid 19 our case took over a year to complete but Richard Etherington steadily built the information needed to resolve this. He kept us informed by email and phone while suggesting some suitable barristers. Our choice of Mike Auty proved to be ideal. I can not say enough about the quality and service offered, from my first point of contact with Kellie, to speaking to Jamie the Solicitor, I was treated politely and professionally, I was kept up to date at all points of change, advised realistically and without the usual legalese you get from some solicitors. My case was dealt with swiftly, taking account of my available budget, but this didn’t affect the service I received, all round 100% great service, can’t recommend enough. Nicola made me and my child under 16 feel so relaxed and comfortable. The police were pursuing a section 39 common assualt charge against my child for an incident in school. Nicola made sure that no charges were made against my daughter and talked us through the whole process before the police interview. She is absolutely amazing in her job and is 100% dedicated to supporting her client. Cant thank her enough and absolutely recommend her.
