From my first enquiry I was contacted within 24 hours to talk through my case, the conversation put me at ease immediately, upon them making contact with the officer in charge, Darren Young took over my case due to Jaqui being on leave and myself wanting to attend voluntary interview at the earliest possible opportunity, Darren met me for a teams call the day before and the day of the interview to discuss and go through disclosure, during interview ensured it run smoothly and kept me at ease. I thought I knew my own case I side and out. I thought I'd identified every possible thing that I could use to help me defend myself against a fail to provide blood charge. Then comes along Nicola who reviewed all the evidence that I thought I had exhausted all possible fruit from and identifies thing after thing after thing that I did not even think to take any notice of and she takes these things and moulded them in to a.bullet proof defence that genuinely impressed and shocked me equal measures me as to how thr heck I was so far off the mark. Page after page of meticulous time stamped bodycam along with clever and savvy cross examination forming a plan of battle that was genuinely impressive and had me grinning with excitement was all for nothing as Nicola did one better and actually managed to get the entire case dismissed right before trial with an abuse of process argument that the judge was very much onboard with. I am soo grateful to Nicola for saving my driver's licence earlier today..thank you Nicola!

I can not say enough about the quality and service offered, from my first point of contact with Kellie, to speaking to Jamie the Solicitor, I was treated politely and professionally, I was kept up to date at all points of change, advised realistically and without the usual legalese you get from some solicitors. My case was dealt with swiftly, taking account of my available budget, but this didn’t affect the service I received, all round 100% great service, can’t recommend enough. Nicola made me and my child under 16 feel so relaxed and comfortable. The police were pursuing a section 39 common assualt charge against my child for an incident in school. Nicola made sure that no charges were made against my daughter and talked us through the whole process before the police interview. She is absolutely amazing in her job and is 100% dedicated to supporting her client. Cant thank her enough and absolutely recommend her.
