Firstly a huge loss to London but a massive gain for Birmingham and the north, you tik tokers / insta lawyers with silly catch phrases really need to learn from this guy; I wanted to be the first to thank Mohammed Zeb personally for saving my life, that of my family being the rock when we needed him through covid and beyond making sacrifices that a normal solicitor simply will not do. i was caught in a a case which saw me remanded and incarcerated in an institution where you literally had to watch you back 24/7. the case was listed for trial and was one of the first major cases to proceed during lock down at the Central Criminal Court. My co defendants all had major Queens Counsel appointed as I did also. I was remanded for many many months, I insisted on bail and even though queens counsel and junior where reluctant before the recorder of London, Zeb managed to persuade them and anyway the long and short of it was that on my 5th attempt I GOT BAIL. (Praise the Lord and the energy of Mohammed Zeb this stage of my case saved me mentally). The amount of legal visits and conferences after I got bail was unprecedented, Queens Council hats of to him also engaged and to be honest of it wasn't for Mohammed Zeb no silk would have put the man power in to it on legal Aid Rates. The trial was a free for all : it was carnage my co defendants team attempted to make the whole case in to a gang land attack : organized and orchestrated. lots and lots of things happened in my case ; evidence excluded, witnesses unreliable, anonymity applications refused etc etc real complicated legal argument: it honestly was like if these people were speaking a foreign language, but gain Mohammed Zeb explained it all, we collated out witness statements, site visits ( zeb made the qc go to the scene), expert evidence, and literally smashed the other side to the point I recall standing outside court room 11 all the other silks saying honestly in passing I wish Mohammed zeb was our instructing solicitor. The list caller even was shocked at these comments and gave me the thumbs up. When verdicts came i was acquitted i was a fee man: and I owe it to Zeb, and even at that stage the other silks were talking to my team saying hats of to Mo zeb, My message to the midlands and the North; PEASE PLEASE JUST ARRANGE A MEETING : ALL THESE SNOWFLAKE LAWYERS ON TOK TIK MAKING SILLY COMMENTS YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS.
