Clayton Solicitors is a specialist criminal defence firm based in the West Midlands. Although based in Birmingham we conduct cases throughout England and Wales. We specialise in all aspects of criminal defence with a particular focus on serious crime. Our work ranges from representation at the police station, to the Magistrates Court, Youth Court and Crown Court. We also have a dedicated team devoted to pursuing criminal appeals. All of our solicitors are highly qualified, exceptionally skilled and have a vast amount of experience of dealing with all manner of investigations and court proceedings. Our telephones are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring the delivery of immediate expert legal advice.
