    “I contacted Chris to utilise his services to assist GBC with a lease surrender which was complicated by the fact it was a doctors surgery with 7 parties ( doctors) who had fallen out leftthepractice and disapaered. With the services provided by Chris and Team, we were able over time to trace all the psrties, oick up with each and explain the situation around liabilieis and potential monies owed. It took a while, but there was sucessful reslution. Chris was very quick to respind , offered very good advise around atrastegy / direction and overall very effiecent.
