    “My step father was suing me for the property my deceased mother left to me in a will. The first thing I received about this was court proceedings during a time when I was grieving. I contacted Bttj for advised and we got passed to James sawyer, he immediately put my mind at ease and took the burden off my shoulders , he was straight , direct and informative without being over the top. James dealt with the other side with little Noise to me really until Needed, he explained things to me really clearly and with kindness, he was easy to contact replied straight away and nothing was too much. During the mediation process he was excellent and we won the case in the end after a long day he operated in a lovely manner very professional and kind but with also lots of knowledge and also knew when to ‘show his teeth ‘ thankyou James we would definatley recommend bttj and James.
