This area covers disputes connected with state and academy schools in England, including issues such as school admissions, exclusions, special educational needs provision, and governance or academy closures. A solicitor in this field drafts and challenges school policies, prepares and prosecutes or resists appeals to the appeals processes, and represents clients in education tribunals and related proceedings. The work is shaped by national education legislation, policy guidance, and the duties of local authorities and schools toward pupils and families.

Tagged solicitor Kirsty Trevis
This was actually my 10th property move since 1969. I can honestly say that I have found Kirsty Trevis the best I have encountered. And not only her; there were odd occasions when she had to be absent but other very well qualified Maitland Walker staff were available to stand in. No hesitation in recommending.
