Stowe Family Law is assisting me in a very complicated case for my child arrangements for my daughter which involves domestic abuse and violence. My case is led by Ciara Pugh Senior Associate a very knowledgeable lawyer in family law disputes who accompanied me to Court in the hardest moments of my life. I never thought that I would find a lawyer who would also see the human side of things considering that everything costs money in the world of law. On my bad day of my life when my ex partner sent me the Court application to take my daughter away from me, I met Chantel Fenton who collected from reception and offered me a coffee. It was warm and pleasant considering the loneliness I felt at that moment. Chantel has contacted the Partner Layer Samantha Farndale who started the procedures considering that my ex partner had a no hearing 48h application. I went through Farley’s solicitors in Manchester in 2017 with my CICA claim from my traumatic childhood abuse. Like most I was nervous, reluctant and fearful but they reassured me every step of the way and helped me understand everything they would do to help win my claim. I was initially offered a very low amount around £6000 and if I was doing this claim without Farley’s Solicitors I probably would have taken it. We remained patient and persevered and put more evidence forward. The claim amount came back but still wasn’t a justifiable amount, so we appealed the claim and thank we did as it took us over £30,000.00 it took nearly 3 years but worth the wait and now I can pay for much needed therapy to help me in my life. Jonathan and his team have been absolutely fantastic with me and I can’t thank them enough.
