I CONTACTED FARLEYS MONTHS AGO TO ARRANGE CRIMINAL DEFENCE IN WIGAN. I SPOKE WITH RICHARD PREW AND ARRANGED FOR HIM TO DEFEND ME AT COURT IN A CRIMINAL TRIAL. RICHARD SAID HE WOULD CONTACT ME APPROXIMATELY 1 WEEK BEFORE THE TRIAL AFTER HE GETS THE CASE FILES FROM CPS. NO CONTACT WAS EVER MADE - RICHARD NEVER LOOKED AT MY FILE AND NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME!! NOW, JUST 2 DAYS BEFORE MY FIRST HEARING, COLEEN FROM FARLEYS CALLED ME AND TOLD ME RICHARD WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND COURT AND I WOULD HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER SOLICITOR - 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIAL BEGINS!!!!! I TOLD COLEEN IT WAS APPALLING AND UNBELIEVABLE THAT A PROFESSIONAL SOLICITOR WOULD SIMPLY LEAVE ONE OF THEIR CLIENTS HIGH AND DRY LIKE THAT - IN SUCH A TERRIBLE POSITION. COLEEN SIMPLY TOLD ME TO GET A DUTY SOLICITOR INSTEAD. THEY NEVER OFFERED TO SEND ANOTHER SOLICITOR - NOTHING - LITERALLY JUST LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIAL AFTER I'VE ARRANGED DEFENCE WITH THEM MANY MONTHS AGO!!! I SUFFER FROM AUTISM AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH DISABILITIES, NOW I'M IN AN ANXIOUS MESS TRYING TO RECTIFY THIS APPALLING SITUATION THAT FARLEY'S SOLICITORS HAS DUMPED ME IN! I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE DONE THIS - NOT EVEN AN OFFER TO SEND ANOTHER SOLICITOR - JUST "GOODBYE - DEAL WITH THIS ONE" AVOID FARLEYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
