Just fantastic in every way - fought so hard to get the result we wanted, without resorting to underhand tactics adopted by other side

I am Client B of a recent CICA case study awarded a six figure sum.

I contacted numerous solicitors to no avail, and felt like giving up, until Jonathan Bridge took the time to call me and discuss my CICA claim.

His approach is at all times friendly, compassionate and professional. Besides feeling relief, I felt confident as he detailed his vast experience of working with the CICA, and whilst I secured an award on my own merit initially, I would not recommend this approach for future clients as ultimately it was Jonathan's professional capacity as a solicitor dealing with abuse that got me the award I deserved and for that I will be forever grateful.

It is true that you do not need a solicitor to deal with your CICA claim, and the CICA is keen to advise this, but I cannot emphasize enough how important it is that you do, especially given the circumstances of my case which was reviewed by the CICA once again after Jonathan took over my claim.

That he achieved the six figure sum in a matter of weeks is astonishing. I do not believe I could have achieved this without his professionalism in challenging the particular circumstances of the original reward.

Disappointing commercial property transaction

Sadly I did not have a great experience with this organization. I selected them as an unknown as they were on the my mortgage providers panel but they were really disappointing compared to the standards of other solicitors I am accustomed to from start through to complaint review.

Definitely some good solicitors there but if the alarm bells go early with communication, walk away quickly.

Johnathan Bridge secured an Award of £188,000 for client B

I approached Johnathan Bridge in 2016 presenting a very difficult case. I was abused by my own father whilst in social services care (I had a care order till the age of 18). This meant my records by law had to be kept for 99 years. I then requested all 9 files.
After reading them I decided to contact a specialised solicitor Johnathan. From the start Johnathan and the team were so easy to talk to.
Everything was explained in a way I understood. There compassion, empathy, and understanding and so much more was 5 star I will never forget this. You all stood and fought for me for 6 years even after2 refusals Johnathan kept fighting. Superb team I’m going to miss you all. Thankyou for fighting and believing in me your my superheroes 5star service.

Absolutely shocking and disappointing service!!

I had a telephone meeting with Paul Corrigan who deals with child abuse claims today. He rang me 20 minutes earlier than the time we had arranged which was not a very good start. He didn’t ask if I was ok to talk early and jumped straight in to discussing my case. He was speaking in a rushed manner which gave me the impression that he was desperate to get of the phone to me. I was quickly urged to discuss with him my case, I felt like I was on a time limited call. He asked me sensitive questions in an abrupt and pushy manner. At one point he repeatedly asked me “what did you tell the police about how you got the injuries??!” I had made it quite clear that I had reported the abuser who was subsequently arrested. When I told him i had a medical examination and the result had verified abuse he asked me in a cold tone “well if you have all THIS medical evidence then why did the police and CPS not follow it through??” I felt like I was being interrogated. I had made it quite clear to him that I have an investigation by the IOPC under way at the moment into the way the police handled my case and to determine if the police failed to use the full force of their power to bring my abuser to justice. Paul then told me in a matter of a fact way that “come back when you have a conviction and I MIGHT take your case on” (convictions are not necessary required to secure a civil case win). He also contradicted himself and then asked me to send him my police statement and medical evidence. This guy is only after low hanging fruit, he’s not interested in the person behind the abuse. Quite frankly his approach was not only insulting , rude and condescending but also lazy. I will not be using Farleys. Stay away from this company if you want any to be treated with any dignity

Found this firm really easy to deal with. Atif kept me informed and was very clear about costs at every stage and explained everything in a way which was easy to understand for someone who’s not used to dealing with legal terminology. Atif has a sense of humour as well which I think helps when you’re dealing with a very stressful situation.

Represented by Atif Nazir, I had a very tricky and upsetting personal situation to deal with in which both myself and a relative who is terminally ill were being sued. Given the circumstances, it was a very emotional and distressing time for us all, and despite being made aware of the situation, the other side pursued the case relentlessly right through to the end, leaving the relative incredibly distressed on several occasions and our family with serious concerns as to his welfare. This was a large corporate fish taking on two small fish. Atif guided me expertly through the process, nothing was too much trouble, he was very reasonable, personable and incredibly patient and understanding. Ultimately we were successful in getting the application dismissed and recovering costs. I would not hesitate to recommend him and he would certainly be my first choice if I was to need corporate advice or representation again.
