Found this firm really easy to deal with. Atif kept me informed and was very clear about costs at every stage and explained everything in a way which was easy to understand for someone who’s not used to dealing with legal terminology. Atif has a sense of humour as well which I think helps when you’re dealing with a very stressful situation.

Represented by Atif Nazir, I had a very tricky and upsetting personal situation to deal with in which both myself and a relative who is terminally ill were being sued. Given the circumstances, it was a very emotional and distressing time for us all, and despite being made aware of the situation, the other side pursued the case relentlessly right through to the end, leaving the relative incredibly distressed on several occasions and our family with serious concerns as to his welfare. This was a large corporate fish taking on two small fish. Atif guided me expertly through the process, nothing was too much trouble, he was very reasonable, personable and incredibly patient and understanding. Ultimately we were successful in getting the application dismissed and recovering costs. I would not hesitate to recommend him and he would certainly be my first choice if I was to need corporate advice or representation again.
