I approached his lawfirm as they dealt with abuse cases. I approached Farley, 5/6 years ago and still no decision. On my case I'm still waiting. I was promised a copy of my files so that I could go through them and still to this day I do not have my files. I've tried to make a formal complaint. Farley solicitors website does not have a complete section. When I called them to discuss. I was told I would need to speak to a lady called Debbie King about my complaint I'm still waiting to speak to this lady my experience of 5 to 6 years has not been pleasant. When you call to speak to the lawyer that's support. In your case they're never available. You have to book a telephone appointment weeks in a head to speak to the Lawyer . Avoid this law firm, as there are much better lawfirms out there with a heart and compassion to support you not from this law, firm, the money, greedy, hungry takers. Avoid at all costs.

I am Client B of a recent CICA case study awarded a six figure sum.
I contacted numerous solicitors to no avail, and felt like giving up, until Jonathan Bridge took the time to call me and discuss my CICA claim.
His approach is at all times friendly, compassionate and professional. Besides feeling relief, I felt confident as he detailed his vast experience of working with the CICA, and whilst I secured an award on my own merit initially, I would not recommend this approach for future clients as ultimately it was Jonathan's professional capacity as a solicitor dealing with abuse that got me the award I deserved and for that I will be forever grateful.
It is true that you do not need a solicitor to deal with your CICA claim, and the CICA is keen to advise this, but I cannot emphasize enough how important it is that you do, especially given the circumstances of my case which was reviewed by the CICA once again after Jonathan took over my claim.
That he achieved the six figure sum in a matter of weeks is astonishing. I do not believe I could have achieved this without his professionalism in challenging the particular circumstances of the original reward.

Johnathan Bridge secured an Award of £188,000 for client B
I approached Johnathan Bridge in 2016 presenting a very difficult case. I was abused by my own father whilst in social services care (I had a care order till the age of 18). This meant my records by law had to be kept for 99 years. I then requested all 9 files.
After reading them I decided to contact a specialised solicitor Johnathan. From the start Johnathan and the team were so easy to talk to.
Everything was explained in a way I understood. There compassion, empathy, and understanding and so much more was 5 star I will never forget this. You all stood and fought for me for 6 years even after2 refusals Johnathan kept fighting. Superb team I’m going to miss you all. Fantastic Farley's
Everyone I had contact with at Farley's helped me feel at ease about the situation. It's true to say they all really care about what they do, and coming from a past history of trauma where validation is such a painful challenge they all helped heal this part. The fact that they listened to me, believed me, supported me, fought for me, helped me, empathised with me, were caring & considerate has been a life changing deal for me. Amazing support with CICA claim
I went through Farley’s solicitors in Manchester in 2017 with my CICA claim from my traumatic childhood abuse.
Like most I was nervous, reluctant and fearful but they reassured me every step of the way and helped me understand everything they would do to help win my claim.
I was initially offered a very low amount around £6000 and if I was doing this claim without Farley’s Solicitors I probably would have taken it.
We remained patient and persevered and put more evidence forward.
The claim amount came back but still wasn’t a justifiable amount, so we appealed the claim and thank we did as it took us over £30,000.00 it took nearly 3 years but worth the wait and now I can pay for much needed therapy to help me in my life.
Jonathan and his team have been absolutely fantastic with me and I can’t thank them enough.
Thank you everyone for helping me and thousands of others get justice and a little financial support along the way.
