Family friendly issues cover rights and protections for workers with caregiving responsibilities, including maternity, paternity and shared parental leave, flexible working requests, and time off for dependants. A solicitor in this area helps clients prepare and submit flexible working requests, arrange parental leave and pay, respond to disciplinary or dismissal actions linked to family status, and represent them in hearings before employment tribunals or courts when needed.

Naomi Ireson

Tagged solicitor Naomi Ireson

Quick communication, measured advice and I felt confident in adhering to Naomis suggestions. Naomi was confident of a successful outcome from the outset and this was reassuring and ultimately she was successful in my case. I would recommend Naomi personally and due to my positive experience I will also be using Slee and Blackwell for other services.

Anna Jane Louisa Neil

Tagged solicitor Anna Jane Louisa Neil

I was advised Maitland Walker by my employer. It was a bit of a niche situation that I needed advice on, and although the situation changed, Anna straight away had a number of solutions. She also helped to drive the process from both sides of the situation, whilst always having a clear understanding and care of the situation. In the nicest way I hope I never have to use them again, but I 100% would use them if needed.
