I got in contact with FJG recently to help me with an employment agreement that needed checking and signing by a solicitor. Within a few hours, Frances had called me, discussed the matter, taken my details, sent a follow up email and booked me in for an appointment the next day with Billy. Billy called promptly on time for our appointment the next day and advised me on everything I needed to know regarding the agreement. After that point, both were very easily contactable on email, responded to any queries quickly and professionally and even chased my employer themselves directly to save this hassle from me. Both Billy and Frances have been nothing but kind, helpful and efficient throughout the whole process which made me feel much less stressed.

I moved into the Suffolk area a few years back as a had started a new relationship as i was going through my divorce, and wanted to find local solicitor to represent me. Keith @Smith & Co had been recomended by some friends of mine and came highly recomended, i was nevous as 'the other side' had enagegd an expensive London lawyer, Keith was very clear that the Law is the Law wether in London or Suffolk, i knew at this point that Keith was the Solicitir for me, and the friend who recomeneded Keith where not wrong about his knowledge of the law. Having worked with a few solicitors i could see he know his stuff, but more than that, was the level of humility and compassion for the process i was in and the underdstnding of how there would be highs and lows. Keith was an absolute rock of comapssion and empathy but never sympathy for my situstion, his advise was always sage and he was already around to talk when those blindsiding emails came along. I would not to have wanted to go through my Divorce without having Keith in my corner and by my side.
