Senior employees work involves high‑level duties, pay, and terms of service, including how their contracts, bonuses, and post‑employment restrictions are drafted, defended, or enforced. A solicitor in this area handles drafting and negotiating settlement terms, advising on restrictive covenants, bonuses, and pension rights, and representing the client in disputes or tribunals arising from termination or disciplinary matters. The work is shaped by the level of responsibility, potential impact on future employment, and the need to protect senior staff interests in negotiations and litigation.

Naomi Ireson

Tagged solicitor Naomi Ireson

Quick communication, measured advice and I felt confident in adhering to Naomis suggestions. Naomi was confident of a successful outcome from the outset and this was reassuring and ultimately she was successful in my case. I would recommend Naomi personally and due to my positive experience I will also be using Slee and Blackwell for other services.

Anna Jane Louisa Neil

Tagged solicitor Anna Jane Louisa Neil

I was advised Maitland Walker by my employer. It was a bit of a niche situation that I needed advice on, and although the situation changed, Anna straight away had a number of solutions. She also helped to drive the process from both sides of the situation, whilst always having a clear understanding and care of the situation. In the nicest way I hope I never have to use them again, but I 100% would use them if needed.
