I just wanted to write to you to say thank you for the fantastic service that you and your team have provided so far with HR Assist. I think the product is fantastic and couldn't be without it. In addition, i expected it to be expensive but it really is not. I didn't think that Owl Projects needed a service like HR Assist, until I had cause to call you for advice on an employment law matter. It was that conversation that triggered my interest in taking up HR Assist and I am so glad we did! I didn't realise how exposed we were to having a claim made against us. I now have peace of mind knowing that all of our HR needs are taken care of and that all of our contracts, handbooks, documents and processes are kept up to date by specialist solicitors. I would heavily recommend Poole Alcock and HR Assist to any business. It’s scary how quickly the law changes and things become out of date. I didn't understand how massive the area of HR is. I don’t have to worry about that anymore.

It is our�association with Freddie, where my greatest admiration lies, and where I have learned the most. Freddie has remained a constant, in all aspects of our dealings over the last eight years of our case.� He has been a source of energy, motivation, and inspiration. He has endured the bleakest of days with us, and seen me at my lowest during the David and Goliath battle we fought, and the thousands of hours spent on the phone (I exaggerate NOT). Without his tireless effort and unwavering support, we would have long since burned out. Freddie has provided a level of support and dedication to the task at hand, whatever direction it took us, and it took us into some pretty dark places, at very unsociable times of the day and night. His support was continuous, regardless of his other work commitments, and the pressure of running his own business. Over the eight years there was not one phone call or email that went unanswered, either immediately or as promptly as time would allow. The situation that led us to W Davies and Freddie is not one we did wish upon ourselves. The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.
