I first used the services of SME, over 30 years ago, after the death of my husband. I used them for legal apects around my employment and redundancy. I have since used them three times for the sale/purchase of my house on a private basis and for three properties under my company of Lyons Group Ltd, jointly with my son. Great service form start to finish. With the help from Hannah Ross and Sarah Sowden, they managed maternity cover and a very tricky and slow opposition. All whilst being considerate of my incurring costs and an emotional and stressful situation. For me however, it's always the human approach they take and for this, I'd happily always recommend to anyone and everyone.
