I had a complicated case for excessive points that would have meant I would loose my licence, Gary sifted through the detail and was able to put an honest representation forward and I was delighted I was able to keep my license. I have had reason to use Gary Harper's services recently due to totting up points on my licence. Gary was very professional and communicated the process for court and possible mitigation options and on the day I was fined and points added with no disqualification. Gary's articulation of my circumstances to the magistrates was good and better than I would have been able to do. I thoroughly recommend his services should you have a need in similar circumstances.

Gary represented me for a driving offence. He was upfront and professional from the start, the only solicitor that spoke openly on the phone with me before I had even made payment.
He put me at ease and whilst I knew the outcome wouldn't be great, he was reassuring and honest - wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I'm feeling disheartened and let down with the law and the way its enforced. The way I've been dis regarded by the law of this country has left me no faith in it. If I were a criminal and not a hard working tax paying man I feel I would of been dealt with better.
Make no mistake judgement is already made before you enter a court room. It's then up to you and your representation to convince the courts otherwise.
It's not innocent until proven guilty, in reality it's guilty til proven innocent.
With that in mind you need someone that knows the mechanics or a courtroom. Someone that will talk straight, honest and pull no punches. Someone that whatever the given circumstances will help you get the best possible outcome. Someone that knows the court system inside out, that oozes confidence and speaks with conviction. That man is Gary Harper.

I have always had good legal advise and support both in custody and in court from Gary and Mark.
I believe there work too be thorough and has lead too me being identified as not guilty where appropriate. Gary recently took extra time in focusing on the laws surrounding my case too the point i can see he enjoys his job and does everything he can leaving not a stone unturned as far as fair justice is concerned , during my last court case Gary made a compelling legal argument , as usual he were both polite and professional. On the face of this i would Highly recommend Hamer Childs as a professional and friendly Solicitors.
