I came in to see if someone could help me get a new deed poll for a surname I changed 22 years ago as my original was very battered and done back in my home town,the receptionist was amazing and got straight to it finding me someone even though she was new to the company, that someone being Megan she was super helpful and had it done in half an hour I wasn’t expecting to have it all sorted today. now I can maybe rest better now I don’t have to worry about it and can finally apply for my first ever passport!
