On learning I was being taken to court after my daughters father had cancelled mediation because he wasn't getting the outcome he wanted made me feel anxious, stressed and very upset. I met with Jackie who put it all into perspective and helped me understand that I hadn't done anything wrong and the situation was difficult. I explained that the request of additional time wasn't something my daughter wanted and that I was there for her. My daughters father moved the goal posts multiple time during the hearing and was very difficult to deal with. Having Jackie and a barrister's support during the whole process helped me cope with the situation and how they represented my daughter and me was second to none. They were straight to the point and kind and always acted in our best interest, which provided the best outcome for my daughter. I don't believe I would have got through it without them and I am forever grateful. Jackie and Tom thank you.

Don’t know where to start from but here it goes I can’t thank Pauline cadaman enough and the asl team she is very friendly was very understanding and very helpful I had no luck for 3 years with previous solicitors till a friend recommended Pauline i was very stressed and frustrated Pauline didn’t only reassure me but she went the extra mile to help me and not only now I have contact with my kids but also I have a final order my 3 years of night mares are over I have my kids and we can all move on happily with our life’s now. team asl should be super proud cause they have Pauline with them Thankyou once again Pauline can’t really thank you enough

Lynsey is fantastic. I was facing a near-impossible situation where contact with my son was curtailed to a few days per month and worsening. I now have fifty-fifty shared care and a relationship that, at times during the lengthy court process, I never thought would be possible. Not only is Lynsey highly skilled, but she cares, and I think that is such an important and valuable characteristic when going through such a harrowing experience as the breakdown of a marriage and the blocking of access to your child. Importantly though, at no point have I ever felt that Lynsey has tried to appease me or needlessly sugar-coat matters. All advice has been very clear, professional, and ultimately correct. I cannot recommend Lynsey enough.
