I instructed Brian Fraser to act for me during my divorce proceedings after over 3 years, 5 different lawyers and several thousand pounds paid to a big name London firm. I had not needed to use a lawyer before in this way so didn’t really know if the service I was getting was any good. I just knew that divorces were traditionally difficult situations to navigate. As time went on it was clear that their less than empathetic approach and tone of their correspondence was doing nothing to progress a settlement. It was clear that I was just another case and without a huge budget to try and focus their efforts I was at a loss. Thankfully, a friend recommended that I speak to Brian and I am so glad that I did.
