She understood that when stress was high providing timely information was key and she would always ensure she answered my many questions as soon as she could, and if she was busy Bilal or Christine would always contact me back and either help when they could or let me know when Gill could get back in touch. I often had many questions and concerns that I wanted answers to, or to try and understand and every time Gill would be there to support me and answer them, no matter how small. I felt like Gill is not just a professional I was paying for, but someone who truly cared about me and my case and wanted to do all she could to try and help me get the best outcome. She was tireless in her commitment to me and my case and even though unfortunately we did not have the best outcome I can rest knowing that Gill did everything she could to assist me.
