John Clegg is a truly brilliant solicitor and I would and in fact do recommend him on a regular basis to anyone struggling to navigate the Sheffield Family Court. I’ve been a client of Howells for over seven years now but before that I dealt with several firms of solicitors in Sheffield. Whilst I did consider being a litigant in person to save cost, I can honestly say that every penny I’ve spent on John Clegg has been money well spent. He’s made every effort to keep my costs down, he’s gone above and beyond every time, and he’s been the staunchest defender of my interests in the Family Court. When it came to protecting us, all of the authorities I went to for help escaping domestic abuse let us down, and some of them actually made it worse, but John has never once failed us. He’s been the calm in the eye of the legal storm for me throughout a long and incredibly difficult few years. Gill assisted me in a extremely complex non accidental injury case. I was assisted by Gill, her paralegal Bilal Rasool and her secretary Christine Brown.
