I met with Rubina in person for our initial consultation, and she was very informative and reassuring. She took the time to explain the entire process and timeline, which gave me a much clearer understanding of what to expect and made me feel that I was in good hands. The process itself was quite lengthy, and email responses could sometimes take a while. However, I soon came to understand that these matters take time, and I adjusted my expectations regarding response times. There were a few mistakes made along the way, but they were promptly rectified, and I was not charged for any of the corrections. While that may sound like it should be expected, it is not always the case with solicitors. In fact, my now ex-partner had a very negative experience with his own solicitor. Both Melanie and Rubina were supportive throughout the process and provided an excellent service. I would happily recommend them.
