The sale of my property should have been completed in early to mid October but the buyers solicitors failed to complete correctly several documents leading to a lengthy process. Solicitors Direct went above and beyond in this matter even to the point of advising the buyers solicitor.

Would 100% recommend this firm and Emma who was great to deal with throughtout the sale of our house.
We didn't really know where to begin having never sold a house before but Emma took control and sorted everything effectively and efficiently, keeping us updated every step of the way and always explaining in detail what info / data we needed to supply and why.
Professional, affordable and so approachable....you won't go far wrong with Emma helping you with a house sale completion. Thank you so much for everything :)

I have used Solicitor Direct for remortgages in the past, this time was the purchase of a brand new house. A process I have never been through before and was quite a bit different. However the staff were all very friendly and happy to explain the process and help us to understand anything we were not sure of. I would highly reccomend this firm to anyone who needs a solicitor for anything property related.

Mega!! Bold word to use but justified that I used Solicitors Direct on the purchase of my first house and again to move house. A long process all in all at no fault of the Solicitors directly but accommodations were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. If I needed to chew Emma or Alex's ear about anything throughout the process they were nothing but friendly and happy to assist. I will 100% use them again in the future should I move house again and if anyone asks for any recommendations I will definitely put there names at the top of the recommendation list. Words honestly couldn't thank Emma and Alex enough for all there support and kindness over the last 14 months.
