Ours was a long and bitter divorce, but that was never the fault of Mei-Ling McNab and Gemma Peaty. They did everything possible to save costs, avoid court and minimise the hurt for everyone involved. When I was angry, exhausted or losing perspective, they kept me focused on what mattered most - my children, my future and staying calm. They managed the process perfectly, always knowing the best next step and creating the best possible outcome. To be honest, they managed me too, with equal measures of empathy and wisdom. I was one of the unlucky ones who ended up at a final hearing, not for lack of effort on their part, and that’s where I really saw the difference between having solicitors who care about the outcome for all parties - and solicitors who don’t. I was proud to be represented by Mei-Ling and Gemma, and while I wish court could have been avoided, there is no one I would rather have had by my side.
