A lawyer to have on your side!

Toby was appointed to act for me and I am so glad he was. He listened, understood the complexity of the situation, gave excellent advice and was kind and caring. Toby is a criminal lawyer and sometime people like me, who never thought they would need a criminal lawyer can find themselves in difficult circumstances and need help. Toby was excellent, I hope I never need his services again but I do recommend him highly.

House move

Dealt with Toby and cant thank him enough for all his commitment to making our move a successful one. was fully updated on every change and felt that we were receiving a personal touch each and every time. It was a smooth process and was made aware of and given advice on things that I wouldn't of even challenged. would highly recommend this company. and last but not least his secretary Susan was always available when Toby was out of the office

He says things as it is and I fully respect him for that.

Horrible, unprofessional and unhelpful legal service only interested in money

I have received the most horrible, unprofessional and unhelpful legal service from Burroughs solicitors all throughout my criminal case. There was absolutely no communication and guidance even though I kept chasing. Toby Burroughs was always busy and out of reach. It was sooo much frustration dealing with such a cowboy law firm holding on to Legal aid even though they never represented me, never appeared in court and never even wrote a letter on my behalf. When I said I didn't need their service anymore, they still held onto legal aid so I couldn't go to any other solicitor but had to pay privately.

Thank the good Lord at the criminal case trial, the Judge threw out the case anyway.
Now I know that in every field of work there are those good at thier work and those only interested in the money.
Please avoid at all cost!!
