From first contact, i received a friendly and professional and also sympathetic service. Everything was explained clearly so i understand the process. Regular updates and communication was received without it being unnecessary and at all times i was given professional and honest advice. Trust with solicitor's is sometime hard, but i was told what i needed to hear, not what i wanted at times. This is incredibly important as you are paying them, so easy to be led along and just get a big bill. It was a real pleasure dealing with them, they made a difficult situation much easier to deal with and i can not thank them enough for all their help and advice.
