I received an excellent service from Tozers, via Chloe Harvey. She was consistently very well informed, clear and strong in her instructions. Additionally she was very supportive and insightful, going above and beyond her duties. All of the communication was prompt and efficient. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use her services at Tozers. She represented me in a domestic abuse and child arrangements case. I have also used Tozers and continue to do so in managing my divorce.

Members of staff were all polite, sympathetic and understanding, each step of the process just seemed to take such a long time and therefore costs totalled many times more than I could afford putting me now in substantial debt. I didn’t realise until nearly two years into divorce proceedings that I could have qualified for legal aid under domestic abuse clauses at which point changing and getting a new solicitor up to speed before upcoming court hearings would have negatively impacted my case.
