After 18 months of torture following a horrible separation and floundering around with a number of awful lawyers clearly only interested in getting paid I stumbled across Brian at Elite Law. As with most lawyers I got the one hour free intro phone call but I knew I was on the right track when the hour was well and truly over but he still called me back to finish the story and I genuinely felt that he heard me and understood what I was going through. In the following days he came back to me with a plan and reassured me that he knew what to do and this turned out to be true. Over the following months he continued to reassure me that my position was solid and explained the law and his plan for what to do. He communicated well despite probably having many other clients and the advice he gave me turned out to be exactly the right thing to do which ended with a far more positive result than I had reconciled myself with when we first spoke. I would never have thought to do what we did but it got me the right result and I am forever grateful. Brian was part therapist at the beginning and part friend at the end and it was worth every penny.

Gemma came onto my case half way through it. She took over from another solicitor who I didn't feel supported by and didn't feel the case was progressing. Whilst on my case gemma was extremely supportive and empathetic along side fighting my corner with the local authority and my ex partners solicitor.
