Gemma came onto my case half way through it. She took over from another solicitor who I didn't feel supported by and didn't feel the case was progressing. Whilst on my case gemma was extremely supportive and empathetic along side fighting my corner with the local authority and my ex partners solicitor. She got the job done when needed and was constandby pushing for more. Gemma always took the time to return my e mails and calls and never left me waiting.
