I filled out the online call back form one evening, by 10am the following day I received a call back to discuss my needs. With in 24 hours Farhad called me as a free 30min appointment to discus my needs further. 72 hours later we had a face to face meeting, and within 4 weeks everything was completed. Farhad kept me fully up todate on Email, with a weekly phone calls to check in. I can't praise Farhad or Gepps enough, I wouldn't even consider going else where for advice.
