I used Kellie Darke ably assisted by Katy Langley to manage the conveyancing for my house purchase. I was under a ridiculously tight t deadline to exchange and complete just before Christmas. Both Kellie and Katy were so very lovely, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to help me achieve this - coming off of holiday to chase things for me. I was fairly ignorant of the processes and at all times felt able to call, pop in and ask any questions in order to get this through. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with conveyancing or similar.
