I recently went through a transfer of ownership on my house, buying out my ex-partner, and the team were absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was clear, concise, and explained in a way that made the legal side easy to understand. They were proactive in chasing up anything that needed attention and kept me fully updated at every stage. All the documentation was prepared accurately and promptly, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled properly. Overall, it was truly a five-star service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.
